Where is your gym? We are located in New barn lane little hallingbury. 2 miles from the centre of bishops stortford
When are the sessions? We have sessions every weekday morning from 5.45am - 10.45am then again from 5.30-8pm. We also run sessions saturday mornings from 7.30am - 9.30am
How much is it? the 6 week challenge is £97 (usually £147) - that includes everything, no additional costs or hidden extras.
When can I start? once you've completed payment and attended your assessment session you can start right away.
Do I need to be fit? NO... we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your experience and level of fitness
what happens after? it's your choice - you can decide to become a full member, or if we're not for you, we part ways with no hard feelings.
